The guys who made the media player in the left pane had gone out of business. The site would just sit there and wait for their sound player to load...which it never did. Oh well. It's fixed.

This article is a ruse really, to get the pics out of focus. I think we have had the allotted 15 minutes of fame.

As most of you will know I have been nabbing the nicer people of PB, and persuading them they really need a Mexican holiday in October 2007. Most of whom have been really keen on the idea. I have about twenty people up to date who are interested, approximately equal numbers for guys and women. The age range is also a good mix.

This idea started with a drunken offhand comment by Reg, it would be great if it came off. So put Oct 2007 in the diaries and start saving. Rose

This here's some on-stage video I got of Too $hort rapping "Cocktails" at Jimmy Z's. In the beginning of the video you can see my friend/boss Bear pointing me out to Too $hort. $hort Dog doesn't look at the camera directly, but he makes a point to get up close to the lense a couple times. Hoes were starting to flood the stage again so I had to cut the footage short and guard the side of the stage. This was taken on my birthday, June 18th 2005

Seeing that the Holy Water tradition appears to have fallen by the wayside, I thought that I would take this opportunity to be patriotic and showcase a Holy Water from Down Under!!

Without further ado, I present to you: ***Two Dogs***.

Two Dogs is a delicious, refreshing, naturally fermented alcoholic drink brewed from real lemons, which has a sparkling fresh lemon flavour.

It is the perfect drink for party’s, BBQ’s or a night out on the town. Two Dogs should be served chilled, either straight from the bottle or poured into a cold glass over ice with a slice of lemon.

Two Dogs also makes a great mixer! Russian Dogs (Two Dogs and Vodka) and TNT (Two Dogs and Tequila) are two of the most popular mixers.

I quite enjoyed the story of how this strangely named beverage came to be.

It all started back in 1993, in the sun burnt land of southern Australia…at a small brewery pub owned by a bloke named Duncan MacGillivray. Duncan was having a beer with his mate who owned a lemon orchard. When asked what to do with hundreds of lemons too big or too small to sell, Duncan joked “I’ll try brewing them!” The next day, a truck-load of lemons arrived! So true to his word, Duncan set about making the world’s first lemon brew! The result was so refreshing and delicious that Duncan knew he was on a winner. But what would he name it?

His mates offered many suggestions but one really stayed in his mind. It was a punch line to a well known joke. Duncan thought “Why not!” So he called it “TWO DOGS”

Within months, pubs throughout the city of Adelaide had it on tap. Soon it was in bottles. Then it was Australia wide. Two Dogs had started a whole new category of alcoholic drinks! And within 2 years Two Dogs was available world wide.

The Verdict? Dunno....never tried it! However, dependent upon the alcoholic content, it may very well be considered as a weapon of choice in the forthcoming rematch between myself and certain other members of the brethren. I will make this decision after deliberation with my aussie partner in crime. :P
